We are a Community Interest Company who specialise in moving people forward through a wide range of volunteer led community projects that identify and break down barriers, raise aspirations and aim to improve confidence, self-esteem, resilience, and motivation. We run a range of projects 1. Journeys – Trained volunteers support adults to progress into employment. 2. RAFT (Relationship Awareness for Teens) – Supporting Teens to progress through projects designed and delivered by teens for other teens. 3. Jigsaw Emotional Wellbeing – Supporting the emotional well-being of children and adults via 121 mentoring (volunteers) in schools, child and adult counselling, and CAMPER (camping themed whole family life skills activities) 4. Training and Qualifications for local people, volunteers and organisations (Life skills, confidence building, coaching, domestic abuse accredited courses)
