The Relationship Paradigm
www.relationshipparadigm.comOur purpose is to help couples develop loving and fulfilling relationships with each other. We know that relationships need to be nurtured. Couples often assume that things will stay the same, despite the passage of time and changes in life. Not all are able to recognise when things have changed for the worse. We are here to help you recognise what needs to change and support you through this. The Relationship Paradigm is a representation of the elements that Neil Wilkie believes are fundamental to a great relationship between two people. These elements are interlocked, if they grow together they are much stronger, and if one is absent or weak then the relationship is less resilient. The first element is Communication, the second is Connection, the third is Commitment, the fourth is Fun, and the fifth is Growth. The foundation of all of these is Trust. If trust is complete then it is like a clear blue sky. If trust is beginning to be doubted then it is as if big grey storm clouds appear and they impact on all the other elements. Without trust the whole model becomes unstable and dissipates. The Relationship Paradigm series of books presents Neil’s extraordinary model for relationships. The relationship story in each book is shared through the alternating perspectives of the key characters in an emotionally engaging parable.
