Kennerly and Senior Engineer Timothy S. Kennerly, each have 18 years of professional experience. Current PE registrations in North Carolina and Virginia, KED offers a comprehensive range of civil engineering, master planning, permitting and construction engineering inspections services throughout North Carolina and Virginia. Kennerly Engineering & Design, Inc. has obtained certification as a Historically Underutilized Business (HUB) (Woman Owned) by the North Carolina Department of Administration and as a Woman Owned Business Enterprise (WBE) certification through the North Carolina Department of Transportation.
