The SEBF has just been launched as a private placement of 12-15 early stage biomedical companies developed primarily through Florida universities and the world known biotech institutions settling in Florida, such at Scripps and Max Planck. Our 11 man SAB has reviewed over 100 companies to select those with break-through technologies. Companies are funded for 3 years, against milestones, for 40% equity by the Fund.
