Wroclaw Agglomeration Development Agency (ARAW) is a non-profit company established in 2006 by the city of Wroclaw and surrounding communes. The mission of ARAW is to promote the region, support its economic development and attract foreign investments. The Invest in Wroclaw team is a group of experienced professionals within ARAW structures who cooperate with business entities delivering top quality services and investment facilitation. Within 10 years, ARAW has supported the successful landing of over 200 investment projects in the Wroclaw area what led to creation of more than 85 000 jobs. ARAW manages one of the largest web city portals in Poland - wroclaw.pl which is comprehensive source of information and news about the city for all ihabitants and organizations. ARAW's work was acknowledged by numerous Polish and international entities by awarding Wroclaw with the title of the most business-friendly Polish city (Forbes, 2016), European mid-sized city with the best FDI strategy (Financial Times 2016 & 2017) and the city with the best recruitment support (FDI Strategy Awards 2016).
