The Deck Saigon celebrates its 14th birthday this year. Sitting on the banks of the Saigon River, a short 15-minute journey from the heart of Ho Chi Minh City, we are recognised as one of the best destinations in the city. OUR TEAM Our fantastic team, many of whom have been with us since the beginning of our journey, are ready to greet you with that famous Saigon smile, welcoming you to share the sunset on The Deck and unwind from your busy schedules. OUR CHEF Our Executive Chef Cao Minh Lam joined The Deck pre-opening and now leads a professional team of 24 kitchen staff. We have a global menu incorporating a sharing Pan-Asian experience, modern and exciting, using the best and freshest local ingredients. Seafood is flown in directly from Phu Quoc Island, vegetables from Da Lat, and meat from Australia and New Zealand. The menu is simple focusing on single ingredients. OUR BAR Our bar, led by Jérémy Poilpre is a chilled-out place to catch up with friends and unwind after work. Our bartenders, are always on hand to welcome guests and to mix your favourite drink. The Deck Saigon has a notable wine list representing some of the world’s major vineyards and fashionable wines. Our Grand Cru selection for the more discerning palate is extensive, with something for experts and novices alike.
