OUR CHEF Our Executive Chef Cao Minh Lam joined The Deck pre-opening and now leads a professional team of 24 kitchen staff. We have a global menu incorporating a sharing Pan-Asian experience, modern and exciting, using the best and freshest local ingredients. Seafood is flown in directly from Phu Quoc Island, vegetables from Da Lat, and meat from Australia and New Zealand. The menu is simple focusing on single ingredients. OUR BAR Our bar, led by Jérémy Poilpre is a chilled-out place to catch up with friends and unwind after work. Our bartenders, are always on hand to welcome guests and to mix your favourite drink. The Deck Saigon has a notable wine list representing some of the world’s major vineyards and fashionable wines.
