Glen D Shepherd founded My Office GURUS in 2007 with a vision to help other like minded professionals work towards taking our industry to the next level. Recognizing that our industry was very much in a new frontier phase as investments, technology, regulations and other dynamics were and are continuing to quickly change. My line of Optics came from a life time in the Sporting and Military Optics world. My Dad and I worked together to launch one of the top Optical Design firms in the World. Our firm launched in 1979 and was the most innovative and industry changing line of optics in the world. The first fully multi coated lenses in America and the first and only automatic bullet drop compensating duel reticle system in the World. This system is still recognized by many as the fastest most reliable system in the world today. Life has it's turns, and is much more like white water rafting on an uncharted and unknown river than a plotted well traveled course:) I loved my time navigating life and business with my Dad. What a blessing! My Office Gurus, merges the life my Dad and I built with the knowledge and expertise I brought to this industry and our shared deep love of our faith, clients, community and the outdoors.
