Lumsdon Wood Partnership are a dynamic and progressive private construction cost consultancy. Founded in 1954, we offer a hands-on approach and aim to deliver a quality service. The two directors, David Huitson and Darrin Marshall have each been with the practice for over 25 years and continue the ethos of building and sustaining long-standing relationships. With a teamwork mentality, we endeavour to deliver a quality service, on time and on budget whilst achieving quality and sustainability. Based in the North East of England whilst covering the whole of the UK, we are currently working as far afield as Chester, Poole and Coventry whilst Internationally, we are currently undertaking work on projects in Brasil.
