The company is headquartered in Oakland, CA and focuses on markets that have strong real estate trends but have been impacted by natural disasters thereby providing an opportunity to rebuild the local community while also generating attractive risk adjusted returns for investors. Although the principals have an established track record in real estate investing throughout all major asset classes, their primary focus has been residential (both multifamily and single family). They add value to projects by applying their investment experience in concert with their investment discipline and strong relationships including with brokers, contractors and architects. Combined, the principals have over 20 years’ of experience in the ownership, management and investing in California real estate and have invested over $50 million across multifamily and single family assets. The company’s current focus is on rebuilding the community of Santa Rosa where over 3,000 homes burned down in October 2017 due to the Tubbs Fire.
