JobFit is a venture of Thinkfruit Services Pvt Ltd (www.thinkfruit.in). The stated purpose of Thinkfruit Services is to create change. Its promoters are industry veterans, who share a deep passion for solving real world problems. It is their belief that young job seekers, particularly towards the start of their careers, are generally confused or unsure in terms of choosing the right role, the right job and the right career. Due to the socio-economic conditions prevailing in the country, most of the young job seekers are guided by financial factors and availability when selecting a job. While we fully understand this scenario, we believe that a more diligent approach will serve these young job seekers better. We believe that in order to chose the right job, and to get hired faster, every individual must strive to understand their skills and competencies. We sincerely believe that every individual is good at something or the other and that each one of us has a unique combination of skills and competencies which differentiates us from others.
