The Galiakotwala Engineering Division (GEC) is a part of the Galiakotwala Group of Companies. Founded in 1923 as a small hardware trading firm, we have expanded into multiple businesses spanning various geographies across the globe as diversified as cotton trading, industrial and decorative paints, steel packaging containers, chemical plant equipment and property development. Along with geographical reach across India through offices in 23 cities, the group has engaged in significant international deals and supplied equipment to over 50 countries worldwide. The Galiakotwala Engineering Division provides clients with a complete solution including Design, Fabrication, and Installation Supervision. We have supplied to more than 175 Sulphuric Acid plants and many other chemical process plants in various industries across 30 countries. GEC has a state-of-the-art fabrication unit with advanced manufacturing techniques with strong emphasis on quality control, where equipment is manufactured from corrosion resistant CorFre (SX) and many other special Alloys for more than 35 years. We also represent many international Sulphuric Acid plant and equipment suppliers. Collaborations and alliances are integral to growth at Galiakotwala. The Galiakotwala Engineering Division has successfully collaborated with KOCH Engineering (U.S.A. – Italy) (1987-1997) and Monsanto (U.S.A.) (1997-2010). For both companies, Galiakotwala Engineering has manufactured Mist Eliminators.
