As of 1 April 2021 the six NHS Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCGs) of South East Hampshire, Fareham and Gosport, North Hampshire, West Hampshire, Southampton and the Isle of Wight have merged to become one organisation. As we move forward as Hampshire, Southampton and Isle of Wight CCG, we will work even more closely together, supporting our communities to stay as healthy as possible. We will maintain a strong local focus while achieving the benefits of working together, ensuring residents have access to the right care, in the right place, at the right time, now and in the future.
