The Geldbach Gruppe GmbH & Co. KG was founded early 70s by Dr. Manfred Geldbach who was also Managing Director of Wilhelm Geldbach, Gelsenkirchen which was founded in 1903. Since 1999 both Companies have been separated and are working independently. Geldbach Gruppe GmbH & Co. KG is 100% owned by the family Geldbach. It is a holding with currently 32 companies world wide. Four of these are manufacturers of flanges, fittings and elbows. The remaining 28 companies are stockholding traders mainly distributing the manufactured goods of their sister companies but also carrying material of other manufacturers. Wilhelm Geldbach Piping Equipment GmbH is one of the last considerable German flange manufacturers. It is approved according to AD-W0, PED and ISO 9001 supplying flanges and fittings with German mill test certificates. In addition, Wilhelm Geldbach Piping Equipments´ sister company, M.Geldbach Shanxi Flange & Fittings Co. Ltd, equipped with the long term experience and know-how of the mother company in Germany produces flanges according to the highest quality standards in China. Of course this facility is also AD-W0, PED and ISO 9001 approved. Lindemann GmbH & Co. KG is our German manufacturer of fittings. It also holds all relevant approvals. As such it functions as a highly flexible supplier to the market. In addition to Carbon steel material grades a wide range of special material grades with uncommon wall thickness and other requirements are supplied. Lindemann´s younger sister company for fittings is Apco-Geldbach Yingkou. We deliver to all considerable chemical – and petrochemical companies and as well to plant engineering and power plant engineering companies.
