Eleanor Lancaster and Tatiana Van Lancker, who have a decade of experience working for Conran+Partners, Staffan Tollgard Design Group and Soho House Group, are the driving force behind the practice. We believe being creatively courageous means looking at design solutions in an innovative and lateral way. Our success rests in our considered approach to every project. As well as designing beautiful schemes we undertake a full design implementation service dealing with interior architecture, space planning and site coordination. Our aim is to bring authenticity to each project through the selection of furniture, lighting and art as well as a considered use of natural materials, palette and layered textures.
