Synaptix Learning Solutions applies brain science to optimize learning design. Synaptix was formed in 2016 to address the need for a modern and effective approach to learning design.   While the industry has been significantly enhanced by the advent of computer based training in the last 2 decades, even the most modern online learning fails to address how people actually learn. We improve the cost effectiveness and performance outcomes of learning programs by focusing on building a cognitive framework around the subject matter that enhances retention.
