AntiGravity Yoga was invented by aerial performer Christopher Harrison, a former gymnast and Broadway choreographer. It involves performing a series of exercises inspired by yoga, Pilates, calisthenics and aerial acrobatics in a hammock-like apparatus, in order to achieve a total-body workout. Apart from being a major stress-buster due to its high fun quotient, there are some serious health benefits associated with AntiGravity Yoga. In addition to decompressing the spine, AntiGravity Yoga can help to increase strength and flexibility. Along with AntiGravity Yoga, we offer a variety of other classes. Just Breathe Aerials was founded by Lori Aragona in 2016 and later joined by co-owner, Jennifer Wiggins. Together, they hope to open multiple studios and bring a whole new world of fitness both mentally and physically for our community.
