Golden Rule Home Watch & Concierge was created by a small group of entrepreneurs that have developed an innovative model for watching homes and vehicles for their owners. Golden Rule provides services in the Northern Virginia and Washington, DC metro areas. Golden Rule's Home Watch model is ideal for homeowners that are away (for work, vacation, deployment). • Our team members visit the home or property weekly or bi-weekly and go thru an extensive checklist of both the exterior and interior to check for any issues. A detailed reports of the visit with photos and comments as appropriate are then emailed to the homeowner Key Holder Services • The Golden Rule Team will hold on to a copy of a house key and when needed (and per instructions), go to the home or property to provide access to a vendor, contractor orrepair technician. We can also wait for deliveries and grant access to visiting guests. CarWatch/Auto Concierge • The Golden Rule team will monitor and maintain your automobile (classic, exotic and daily driver) while you are away or simply don't have the time. Some of the areas that we take care of for you - Battery, Tires, Fuel, Detailing, and arranging for regular maintenance. Daily drivers, exotics and classics! Concierge Services • We will take care of to-do lists and give clients back time in their day! We also provide wait services (wait for installers, appliance delivery etc.) and apartment walk throughs for corporate and temporary housing clients.
