Our philospohy is to support the organizations to make the transformation themselves. We value people and interactions over processes and tools, but have chosen to use Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe®), the most complete framework for large lean-agile organizations, as a platform in our organization. All employees are SAFe Professional Consultants (SPC's), and Agiletto is a Scaled Agile partner. We are, however, very open to work with any tool, like Nexus, Less or DA, aswell as the SAFe-integrated tools Scrum, Kanban and XP.
