Leadership Lab Jamaica is a non-profit organization that supports middle to low-income, high-achieving high school students by providing holistic guidance through programs focused on academic counseling, college and career preparation, and leadership development. Our mission is to develop and inspire under-resourced youth to become socially responsible global leaders, critical thinkers, professional communicators, and effective problem solvers as we journey with them to college, through college, and into the workforce using high-impact educational practices. Our vision is to shift the culture of education and transform the workforce in Jamaica by supporting, motivating, and developing high-achieving, low-income young people throughout their academic journey to become movers and shakers in society.
