Our objective is to advance the research in education about conservation of all birds in the wild and their related habitat. Our two main projects are The Cape Parrot Project whos aim is to help conserve the endangered Cape parrot through research on the species, community engagement and “reforestation” and The National Geographic Okavango Wilderness Project (NGOWP). This is a partnership between the Wild Bird Trust and the National Geographic Society to explore and survey the least-known, most inaccessible parts of the Okavango River Basin.
