National Housing Services Company (NHSC) provides synergies to the Ministry of Housing and the National Housing Company working as enablers to their objectives, initiatives, programs and projects across the Housing domain. Established in the second quarter of 2017, NHSC has the following service lines; Home Owner Associations (Mullak), Title Subdivision (Faraz), Sustainability initiative - Estidama and Saudi Real Estate Institute (SREI). NHSC creates economic value for home owners, owners associations and their service providers through innovative tools and platforms; relevant skills and information; and value added services.
