IndInfravit Trust is an Infrastructure Investment Trust (InvIT) with a current portfolio of 13 road assets (11 toll & 2 annuity) spread across 6 Indian states and a network of approx. 5000 Lane km. It is the first InvIT to be listed on privately placed basis on NSE & BSE in May 2018. IndInfravit Trust was setup by L&T Infrastructure Development Projects Limited as the sponsor with global investors – Canada Pension Plan (CPP), Allianz Group and Ontario Municipal Employees Retirement System (OMERS) who are significant unitholders in the Trust. LTIDPL IndvIT Services Limited is the Investment Manager for IndInfravit Trust. IndInfravit's initial portfolio of assets comprised of five toll road projects in Rajasthan, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu and Telangana. Subsequently eight road assets in the states of Rajasthan, Karnataka, Telangana and Maharashtra were added. Out of these eight projects, six are NHAI projects and two are state govt projects. These toll roads are operated and maintained pursuant to the concessions granted by the NHAI / State authorities.
