Our CPC (Community Pain Center) is the only patient-centered, one-stop online destination to help people actively manage their pain and general health. This type of service has not existed for the 100 million people in the US living with chronic pain - until now! Our goal is to provide "community members" with resources, interactive tools and the individualized one-on-one assistance needed to help improve their health and pain outcomes. Our CPC will offer members the ability to share information and communicate with other members of the community through a social network called BNTouch. By creating a personal profile, each member will be able to share information, participate in discussions, earn badges and rewards, and store information specific to their personal health that can be shared confidentially with their health care providers. We will offer a wealth of products and services, educational materials and self-management tools/apps etc., to people overcoming pain to save them time and money, improve access to care, inform them of new health and wellness treatment options, and lead them to improved health outcomes. Our CPC will also help health care providers have access to continuing medical education programs, research and treatment information, and new products and services so that they can add to their toolbox, giving them new ways to help their patients, while increasing their revenues.
