Adkalis’s mission is to give materials, in particular wood, longer durability using its preservation and protection solutions. Adkalis is the new name of the Formulation Division of the Groupe Berkem, resulting from the merger of Sarpap & Cecil Industries and S&C Construction in the last quarter of 2017 and the acquisition of the Xylophène Industrie activity. The purpose of this change is to unite four historically different entities under a single name (Sarpap & Cecil Industries, S&C Construction, Cecil Industrie, Xylophène Industrie), to support Groupe Berkem perspectives in France and the 30 other countries it is present in, to support a new direction in terms of product innovation/offer and finally to contribute to modernising the Formulation Division’s image.
