Youth and Development Consultancy Institute (Etijah) is a specialized nonprofit organization in developing, improving and disseminating development methodologies in the field of youth and community development. Etijah has three primary target groups: 1) Youth: Etijah believes that young people are community builders who need to be empowered to increase their responsibilities. 2) Youth Workers: the cadre of youth worker play a critical role in directly communicating with young people. 3) Non-Governmental Organizations: Etijah helps build NGOs' capacity in order to better empower youth and foster their community development efforts in Egypt and the Arab world. Current Projects: Retail Academy, Active Citizenship, Young Arab Voices, Pioneers of Egypt Past Projects: Tobacco Free University Initiative, Global Change Makers, Improving Water Quality Management اتجاه المؤسسة الاستشارية للشباب والتنمية هي مؤسسة متخصصة في ابتكار وتطوير منهجيات التنمية في مجال الشباب والتنمية المجتمعية. تهدف المؤسسة الى تخريج مجموعة من الشباب من الجنسين قادرين على بناء المجتمع ولديهم من المهارات والقدرات مايمكنهم من المساهمة بشكل فعال في تنمية ذاتهم ومجتمعاتهم. لذلك فان دورنا هو توفير فرص مشاركة للشباب في مجال التنمية دون قيود عن طريق تزويدهم بالادوات والخبرات العملية لتطوير مبادرات تتموية يقودها الشباب. كما تساهم المؤسسة في بناء قدرات المنظمات الحكومية وغير الحكومية التي تخدم الشباب. وبذلك يمكن لهذه المنظمات العمل بشكل أفضل وبارع في تقديم الخدمة للشباب, وأخيراً، تحرص المؤسسة على خلق منهجيات للتنمية.
