West Coast Health & Rehabilitation (WCHR) is an organization of Physiatrists (Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Physicians) who provides acute level Physiatry care in the sub-acute setting. We partner with skilled nursing centers to improve patient care and satisfaction, center communication and documentation, and physician coverage.
