As a business unit within the Public Service Commission, LDC is the primary delivery vehicle for sector-wide leadership development. At LDC we work with chief executives and their teams, senior leaders, the HR/OD community, our provider panel of experts, and the local and international academic community. We work in partnership with agencies across the system to deliver a range of products, programmes and services including research, assessments, programmes, workshops, masterclasses, toolkits, online resources, evaluation and assurance, and expert leadership advice. As part of the PSC, we have a strong focus on progressing the public service reform programme by ensuring we have the agency and system leaders now and in the future who are skilled in working together to achieve the impact and results that make New Zealanders’ lives better.
