The Faculty of Architecture of the Czech Technical University in Prague (FA CTU) is the largest school of architecture in the Czech Republic: it provides university education in Bachelor and Master degree programmes in Architecture and Urbanism, Landscape Architecture and Design, and also in a three-year Master degree programme in Architecture, Urbanism and Landscape Architecture. Our graduates are comprehensively educated professionals with a wide range of employment opportunities - in architectural offices, in government, in the academic sphere. A large part of the study at the FA CTU is conducted in the form of teaching on specific projects developed in the so-called vertical studios, in which students work side by side on different types of projects. Our teachers are leading architects, urban planners and designers from the Czech Republic and abroad. In the academic year 2021/2022, 884 students studied in the bachelor's cycle, 490 students studied in the follow-up master's cycle and 141 students studied in the doctoral programme.
