We help create the wise leaders and high performing teams that form the bedrock of a thriving organisation. In all our programs, leaders learn how to coach and support each other in their growth and development. Coaching, feedback and knowledge transfer become embedded in how things are done. In our flagship 3C coaching program, three leaders are matched with one of our facilitators. Over the course of 3 months they get to work on their own leadership growth areas, whilst also learning from and supporting the development of their peers. Besides accelerating each other’s leadership development, we begin to create a culture of trust, feedback and peer to peer coaching across the organisation. We take a mindfulness-based approach to leadership and team development that’s based on more than 35 years of coaching senior leaders at the top of their game. We create the conditions for new insights to arise and the mechanisms to create internal supportive cultures to reinforce that change. We can run offsites at either of our stunning, purpose built retreat centres in Chiangmai Thailand or Salt Spring Island Canada.
