We offer support services to families of children, youth and adults with developmental delays and disabilities, from birth through to seniors. These include: early intervention, family support, employment, housing and community inclusion. The Simon Fraser Society for Community Living is an accredited not-for-profit, charitable organization that has been serving the communities of New Westminster, Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, Port Moody, Anmore and Belcarra since 1954.
