Hello, I am Divya Naik - an REBT, NLP and CBT therapist who also applies principles of Human Behavioural Biology. I was always intrigued by human behavior and how culture impacted it, amongst a lot of other myriad factors. Overtime, I also delved deeper into the scientific aspect of the human mind – consciousness and neuroscience – only to be baffled by how we are blind to our very own biology, and how the smallest things in our environment make a huge difference to every single individual of the human race. I have been a practicing therapist for about three years now, working with individuals from multiple cultures, fields and backgrounds. I also work closely with corporates to develop and diversify their work cultures and inculcate positive, healthy values in their workforce.
