Represent creditors and property owners in Tennessee General Sessions Courts, Tennessee Circuit Courts, and Kentucky Circuit Courts on debtor/creditor and landlord/tenant matters. Guardian ad litem (GAL) for the child/children or court appointed counsel representing a parent or other adult party. In cases where termination of parental rights (TPR) was recommended to be in the child/children's best interest, attorney Stewart was re-appointed for TPR proceedings. If the child/children were, then, later adopted, if attorney Stewart served as the child/children's guardian ad litem (GAL), attorney Stewart was, again, re-appointed for the adoption proceedings. - Guardianship and/or conservatorship.
