Established on 1 June 1992, the Official Receiver's Office performs various statutory duties relating to insolvency in Hong Kong. Our mission is to provide an insolvency service of high quality on par with international standards and to ensure that the relevant legislation is commensurate with the objective of keeping Hong Kong to the forefront as a major International Financial Centre.
