We are here to help spread awareness about mental health, extinguish mental health myths and stigmas, and offer free therapy and resources to young people: – between the ages of 18 and 27 – based in the UK and South Africa – who cannot afford to pay a private therapist’s fees, and have not been helped when they approached a government facility. We will open up other countries as soon as possible.
