Mental Health in Motion provides educational presentations on topics related to mental health through the unique means of a visual dance performance. When viewing a dance story, audience members are able to witness the complex and otherwise invisible aspects of the mental health topic, which leads to a deeper heart knowledge rather than just a head knowledge of the mental health topic.
