ArizOTA is a non-profit corporation founded in 1966 to serve the membership in Arizona and surrounding states. ArizOTA is a volunteer-run agency, with officials elected on a rotating basis. Terms begin in July. The mission of the ArizOTA is to promote and support excellence and professionalism among occupational therapy practitioners, and to collaborate with community members, healthcare providers, educators, legislators and reimbursement sources to facilitate activities and environments that enhance the occupational performance of patients and clients served.
