We believe that no one’s future should be limited by their background, gender, location or financial situation — so we set up our Ninja Mentoring programme. Every year, Exposure Ninja has 10-20 volunteer mentors from our team of incredibly talented digital marketers who offer their time and expertise to a group of mentees. Our mentorship programme is completely free and is designed to support those who don’t have their own network within the industry.
