As a Project Manager for indigenous involvement and employment "Together We Grow" promotes the engagement and employment of others. With my association and employment to REGROUP and Maramara as two business that build on the cultures of many in working to grow and enhance Aboriginal participation in the civil contracting workforce. I offer support for those willing to join the mining, civil construction, infrastructure and rail projects. Maramara means "two Hands" this represents the two cultures coming together and growing together. Maramara and its sister organisation REGROUP has grown immensely since its beginnings in becoming a respected contractor of choice for leading mining and contracting companies responding to their needs, no matter how big or small.
