Mission: Alberta Main Street advances efforts to develop Alberta Street as a vibrant, creative, equitable, and sustainable commercial district serving residents and visitors to our community. Alberta Main Street utilizes the National Main Street Four Point Approach® to support community and economic development efforts within the business district. Business Development: The Business Development committee works to provide support to existing businesses, identify gaps in goods and services available and work with commercial property owners and leasing agents to address these needs. Design: The Design Committee plays a key role in shaping the physical image of our community, aiming to create and support a clean, safe and inviting place for shoppers, investors, business owners, and visitors. Promotion: The Promotion Committee works to create a positive image that will build community pride and improve consumer and investor confidence in our district. This committee develops retail promotions, special events, and other activities to draw people to the district.
