Linga Network is coordinating an effort with the Vehicle Manufacturers to roll out EV charging infrastructure across Australia. Linga Network ensures that their efforts are efficient and minimise overlap, but more importantly, that the charging stations are fairly distributed ensuring a robust coverage. This is different to the city – to – city network you are seeing rolled out and also different to the many metropolitan charging facilities that are being developed. This is specifically designed to put the infrastructure in the hands of Regional Communities and away from private enterprise whilst keeping the network free for consumers. We would prefer to promote the engagement with regional Australian townships and businesses whilst EV owners are charging rather than offering an elongated petrol station experience
