We are Black & Orange Property, a commercial and residential property development company based in Hamilton, New Zealand. We are a group of young property industry professionals with a significant breath of knowledge in all aspects of property, built form and development. Firstly, we are proudly focused on delivering developments that contribute positively to the communities we live in and always aim to deliver projects with not only positive commercial outcomes but that stand the test of time. We believe in utilising local talent and have positive relationships with many of the best designers and operators in the Waikato. By collaborating with other industry professionals early on we create slick teams leading to efficiencies in both time and cost on a project right from the start. We have specific interest in helping revitalise Hamilton’s CBD by bringing people into the centre city. We aim to do this through creating quality spaces that offer options to live, work, play and learn.
