As a certified coach I support my clients in self-discovery and positioning in the professional environment, in establishing organisational structures, communication, learning and working routes, e.g. in the construction planning office. My work is helpful in being able to accept the constant change of a learning organisation and accompanies significant change processes in short or long-term consultations. At the same time, employees are sensitised to perceive each other in their abilities and needs, to learn from and with each other, to develop their own competencies and to support each other. My professional multiple trainings, the unique, effective tool box, my extensive experience as a coach, my work as a manager and strategic leader with personnel responsibility in well-known construction planning offices, including, until the sale, many years in my own, are beneficial for my clients. Due to my extensive experience abroad, especially in the Middle East (UAE), I also offer my services internationally. As a coach, I do not provide ready-made solutions, but enable those seeking advice to define their own goals and find their own solutions. Of course, this also involves the sustainable, long-term development of one's own problem-solving skills.
