The San Francisco Integral Yoga Institute is a non-profit organization dedicated to sharing the ancient teachings of Yoga as taught by Sri Swami Satchidananda. His teachings guide us towards a life of peace and religious harmony among all people. All are welcome here, and we strive to encourage the spiritual development of our entire community.
