The Women’s Leadership Initiative at the University of Delaware seeks to advance gender equity through educating, connecting and advocating for students, faculty, alumni, and the professional community. We address cultural shifts and the changing needs of our stakeholders, foster a culture of inclusion on campus, graduate students with skills to advance diversity, and support regional businesses to achieve strategic advantage. Founded in 2015 to address the specific experience and challenges for women in business, the program has grown to include students, faculty and professionals across all industries. Our flagship program, The Women's Leadership Forum, is an executive education program, serving mid-career professionals seeking to take their career to the next level.
