Growing up on the south east coast of New England, Nicholas was raised on the water. His passion for the sea started when he began sailing during the summer months, then for his highschool team and yacht club team. After leaving his hometown to study culinary arts in NYC and then Italy, Nicholas began working privately as a chef for high profle clients around the world, some of which had their own private yachts which Nicholas would often accompany them on to cook. With years of sailing experience and trained professionally in the culinary arts, Nicholas began working as a yacht charter chef in the French West Indies, setting up his base between St Barth and St Maarten. From there he began transistioning his career from chef to yacht captain, taking various jobs as relief crew delivering yachts transatlantic to Europe and from New England to The Caribbean and back in the off seasons. Since then Nicholas has moved his homebase to the wonderful city of Miami Beach, FL where he owns and operates a yacht brokerage company buying, selling and managing yachts locally and around the world. This has led him to be known as "Yachts" or "Mr. Yachts" by maybe friends, faily, and clients. With this, Nicholas takes his passiion for the sea and love for yachts by creating an imersive dive into the culture of yachting to film and document all the yachts that he steps foot on to create a database of each, with his personal review, with the intention to educate his viewers with an inside look of the industry and the yachts themselves.
