Beer Lab HI was founded in 2015 and opened a tasting room in Honolulu, Hawaii in 2016. The brewery is built on the concept of constant change, experimentation and small batch brews to ensure that beer lovers have a memorable experience on every visit. Our 7 bbl system allows us to create unique brews with varying malt bills, hop profiles and specialty ingredients. The possibilities are endless. Beer Lab HI beers are served in University, Pearlridge Center and Waipio Taprooms along with the best establishments across Oahu.
