Each of our fully furnished condo-style guestrooms offers four professionally designed room themes to support the needs of families, couples, or remote professionals. Each room offers 700 sq ft of living space with a full kitchen, living area, full bath, washer/dryer, pull-out couch, and a 50-inch smart TV offering Roku streaming services. From the ground up, Saltwater was engineered and designed to redefine Topsail Island hospitality and to deliver an unparalleled guest experience.
