The New Mexico Heart Institute Foundation (NMHIF) is dedicated to enhancing the cardiovascular health of all New Mexicans through education, cardiovascular health promotion and research. The foundation has become an important resource for Albuquerque and New Mexico through it work in education of health care providers, patients and the public. The health promotion programs through its New Heart fitness, wellness and cardiac rehabilitation has changed lives by providing high quality guidance to people with heart disease and those at risk for heart disease.
