How we got started: The founder and ceo started appraising back in the early 1990's when limited technology was barely scratching the surface. Research then was extremely physical as Mls books and Plat Maps were regularly examined, copied and marked, yet worth doing as it gave every file a thorough overview of the data at hand. Learning and gaining experience through local shops the first company was started in 1996 which did extremely well with only a handful of private and high volume clients. Fast forward to today and even though the industry has significantly changed we still strive towards excellence by providing well supported and substantiated reports with quality graphics, property photos, latest generation of computer aided sketches, computations, balance and review checks, proprietary transmissions and UAD format reports to name a few. Our staff includes Certified Appraisers as well as qualified individuals with related professional backgrounds within the real estate industry.
