ATC is a licensed Outpatient Mental Health Clinic and an authorized Medicaid Provider by Maryland's Department of Health and Mental Hygiene. ATC has a comprehensive model of mental health services that focuses on empowering individuals and families struggling with mental health issues. Client services are designed to reduce obstacles and promote resilience and recovery for individuals and families requiring mental health care by delivering services directly to them such in their community such as in their home, school, work, etc.
